* Status is “Waiting on Government” or “Complete”: not refundable.

* Status is “Rejected/Canceled”: 100% refund of the service fee.

 

Government fees for any application are non-refundable.

 

If we make a mistake on your application, we will process your visa again at no cost.

 

If you purchased Rush processing, and your eVisa is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you will receive a credit for the service fees.
