We realize that you can encounter unexpected changes in your travel plans that may prevent you from traveling. In these cases, we understand that you may wish to cancel your application and get a refund for the paid amount.
eVisa service fee refund amounts are based on the status of your order as outlined below:
  • Status is “Received Application” or “In Progress”: 100% refund of the service fee.
  • Status is “Waiting on Government” or “Complete”: not refundable.
  • Status is “Rejected/Canceled”: 100% refund of the service fee.
Government fees for any application are non-refundable.
If we make a mistake on your application, we will process your visa again at no cost.
If you purchased Rush processing, and your eVisa is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you will receive a credit for the service fees.
To request a refund, please email ivisanowexpert@gmail.com from the email address you used to apply for your eVisa, and include the following:
  • Your order number.
  • The reason you’re requesting a refund.
